Cut lace trim to size and paint on the fabric stiffner.
Sprinkle on glitter while the lace is still wet.
Wrap lace around a bottle to shape while the lace dries.
Once dry, remove from the bottle and glue ends together. Add any gems or optional extras at this point.
Clip onto hair directly or cover a hat base with 1/metre of tulle, then sew the lace crown onto the hat base on top of the tulle. Attach the hat base onto a headband or comb.
