Felt Squares.

Our 9" x 12" felt squares is a premium non woven fabric that can inspire creative crafting in both the novice and the experienced crafter. It can be used in many craft projects, from quilting to card making, kids crafts and dressmaking. Pick and mix from a wide range of colours. Suitable for schools cutting easily with no fraying and can be glued instead of sewn. It's soft durable and flexible, perfect for toy making.

Fade Resistant.
Care instructions: Do not wash or tumble dry. No Bleach. Do not iron.
Cuts cleanly with no fraying and can sew and glue easily.
As a guide its approximately 1.5mm. The manufacturers make its density to approx. 150gr per metre squared. This is very much a crafting material and therefore not produced to very precise tolerance.

Delivery

We offer 2 methods of delivery, home delivery (or to an address of your choice) using DPD or Click & Collect in store. Delivery is FREE for orders over €50 and for all Click & Collect in store orders.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery within Ireland (ROI & NI) - orders over €50 are FREE, orders under this value cost €5.
Delivery to UK mainland costs €15.
Please contact us for delivery outside of these areas.

Where can I receive my order?

Your order can be sent to an address selected by you - home, work etc (never a PO Box) or to the Hickeys Fabrics or Home Focus at Hickeys store of your choice.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Allow 3-5 working days for deliveries by DPD. For store deliveries please allow 7-10 working days.

Can I track my order?

DPD deliveries: we will email you with a tracking number once your order has been processed which will allow you track your order in real time.
Collect from Store deliveries: we will contact you by text and email to advise you when your order is available for collection.

During sales and promotions, orders may take a little longer than the outlined delivery time due to high volumes of orders.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you may return it to us within 30 days of order dispatch, 14 days for goods discounted by 50% or more.

How long do I have to return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days of order dispatch. This is in addition to your right to return an item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. Goods discounted by 50% or more must be returned within 14 days from receipt of receiving the order.

How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is to take it to one of our Home Focus or Hickeys Fabrics stores. For store locations please visit our store locator.

If you cannot visit a store you may return your item by post. Items returned by post are at your own expense (unless faulty). We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery for this method of return.

Are there any conditions to returning an item?

Yes, returned items must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with all of the original packaging. Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons such as duvets and pillows, duvet covers, readymade curtains cannot be returned once the heading tape has been pulled. Cut Fabric can only be refunded at remnant value (50% of the retail price). We do not accept returns for special order items such as direct order curtain poles. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed by head office not at the point of return. Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make your purchase. It may take a few days before your refund appears on your credit/debit card. You will receive an email from us with confirmation of your return.
