In store returns
In response to our stores closure on March 20th, we have extended our Returns policy. We would like to offer customers 30 days from the day the stores reopened to return their items, as long as their purchase was made after the 20th February (30 days before our store closure). Please note that this does not apply to faulty items.

1. Return to a store: You can return an item to any of our 16 Home Focus or Hickeys Fabrics stores. For store locations please visit our store locator. Please note that your items will be sent back to our central warehouse where your refund will be processed. Please allow 7-10 working days.
2. Postage: If you cannot visit a store you may return your item by post to Returns Department, Hickey & Company, 41 Hawthorn Road, Western Industrial Estate, Dublin 12.
Items returned by post are at your own expense (unless faulty). We strongly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service for this method of return.
You can return an item to any of our 16 Home Focus or Hickeys Fabrics stores along with store receipt. For store locations please visit our store locator. Any refunds/exchanges sought without a receipt are at the store manager’s discretion.
All online refunds are processed in head office. (If you returned your order to a store, your items will be sent back to our central warehouse on the next available delivery van.) Once returned items have been approved, you will receive your refund via the same payment method used to make your purchase. Please allow 7-10 working days. You will receive an email from us with confirmation of your return.

Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty, but please take extra care to read the specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is due to wear and tear or misuse.
